This project consisted of a 3-story, 39,000 square foot Class ‘A’ office building. This project included an integrated CCTV, card access, security and fire alarm systems. It has a full executive board room with a design build AV System and IFS panels were used to reduce the foot print of the switch gear and the electrical rooms allowing the customer more space for actual offices.
Completed Projects, Offices, ProjectsThis project consisted of a complete fire alarm upgrade with the facility under full use and was performed under conditions that had zero tolerance for shutdowns or mistakes. Megawatt’s field foreman and project manager worked very closely with FAA representatives and the fire alarm contractor to insure that the primary goals of safety and reliability were met.

This project consisted of a five-story 81,000 square foot class “A” office building with a 64,000 square foot two story parking garage adjacent to the office building. It has a Full Card Access System, CCTV, MATV, Fire Alarm and Telephone/Data systems along with two state of the art Board Rooms and back-up Generator System for the Elevators.
