This project consists of a 75,000square foot three-story medical office building with ties to the new three-story parking garage and the existing PCC II office building. It has the latest state of the art security, fire alarm, telephone/data and nurse call systems. It utilizes the latest LED fixtures for the display cases and corridor lighting.
This project consists of a one-story block Dialysis Clinic building. It has a full building standby backup generation system installed so none of the crucial dialysis equipment would fail in the event of a loss of power.
Renovation of existing building into new state of the art Dialysis Center. fire alarm, nurse call, security and tel/data and sub-metering systems with back up power were installed for this project.
This project consisted of a three-story 62,253 square foot Medical Building with various tenants. It has a card access door system, fire alarm and telephone/data systems.
This is a new 1-story Medical Dialysis Clinic consisting of 20,000 square foot furred out block building. The project broke ground in September 2004 and completely enclosed and heated by February 2005. It was completed and turned over to the owner on May 30, 2005.
