Both shelters have full Fire Alarm Systems with Monaco transmitter and antenna to communicate to the Base Monaco receiver and complete Fire Suppression Systems.

2010 : Primary Care Center, Phase III Medical Office Building (Anchorage, Alaska)
This project consists of a 75,000square foot three-story medical office building with ties to the new three-story parking garage and the existing PCC II office building. It has the latest state of the art security, fire alarm, telephone/data and nurse call systems. It utilizes the latest LED fixtures for the display cases and corridor lighting.

2009 : Fort Richardson Building #54 Remodel (Fort Richardson, Alaska)
This project consists of remodeling a three-storie above ground dormitory and full basement underground with support offices. It has full Fire Alarm, Mass Notification and Telephone/Data Systems. It includes a complete new Service and Primary Distribution Systems with added Site Lighting.

2009 : Blueberry Area Water & Street Improvement (Palmer, Alaska)
This project consists of furnishing and installing 35 street light poles. They have state of the art LED fixtures from BETA Company. The poles are located throughout 6 city streets in Palmer AK. Two 100 amp, fully enclosed load centers are included to power the new lighting. HDPE and Rigid conduit was used with #8 and #6 illumination cables for the wiring.
2009 : C-17 (176th Wing Relocation) Engine Storage Facility (Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska)
This project consists of a new 8,151 square foot block warehouse building for engine parts storage.

2009 : Hangars #10 and #11-EAFB (Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska)
This project consists of remodeling two existing Hangers and wiring for a new foam fire suppression systems pump room building. Includes re-wiring the existing high voltage primary system, installing new transformers and building services, and complete removal of the existing light fixtures and installing new HID lighting.
2009 : Russian Mission K-12 School (Russian Mission, Alaska)
This project consists of a two-story 32,577 square foot K-12 School Building. It has the latest state of the art clock/IC/PA, security, fire alarm, MATV, telephone/data cabling systems, standby generator, kitchen, shop, cafeteria and gymnasium areas.

This project consists of a two-story office included within a 40,000 square foot warehouse/office type building. It has several Rail Cranes, Welders and other misc. equipment per the Tenant’s layout.
2009 : Alaska Railroad Freight Shed Remodel (Anchorage, Alaska)
This project consists of a complete remodel of the existing 41,171 square foot railroad Historic Freight Shed into a modern state of the art space for future Offices, Retail Store, Restaurant, Entertainment and Tourism areas.
2009 : Fresenius Medical Clinic: Cook Inlet Dialysis (Anchorage, Alaska)
This project consists of a one-story block Dialysis Clinic building. It has a full building standby backup generation system installed so none of the crucial dialysis equipment would fail in the event of a loss of power.
2009 : Goodnews Bay Salmon Processing Plant and Maintenance Building (Platinum, Alaska)
This project consists of two buildings comprising a 15,000 square foot Processing Plant complete with wiring of all automatic control systems and a 5,200 square foot maintenance building with complete wiring of power, lights, fire alarm, telephone/data cabling, heat trace, disconnects and starters for the processing equipment.
2009 : Liberty Dialysis (Anchorage, Alaska)
Renovation of existing building into new state of the art Dialysis Center. fire alarm, nurse call, security and tel/data and sub-metering systems with back up power were installed for this project.
2008 : Dena’ina Convention & Civic Center (Anchorage, Alaska)
This project consists of a three-story 212,260 square foot Class “A” Convention Facility. It has a 50,000 square foot exhibit hall, 25,000 square foot ballrooms and meeting rooms with complete dimming system, huge lobby area and full scale kitchen area with walk-in coolers/freezers.
2008 : Sockeye Inn (Anchorage, Alaska)
This project consists of a new 3-story, 18,812 square foot Boarding House/Hotel. It has a complete fire alarm, telephone/data, CCTV and door entry control systems installed. This is a first class extended stay type facility that has an appearance of salmon scales on the outside skin, quite unique for Alaska.
2008 : Primary Care Center Parking Garage (Anchorage, Alaska)
This project consisted of a three story 172,500 square foot parking garage with a sky bridge connecting the Primary Care Center Phase III medical office building on the second floor. It has an elevator capture fire alarm system and lobby cardkey System.
2008 : TLO Medical Office Building (Anchorage, Alaska)
This project consisted of a three-story 62,253 square foot Medical Building with various tenants. It has a card access door system, fire alarm and telephone/data systems.
2007 : Anchorage Rental Car Center (Anchorage, Alaska)
This project consisted of a three story 581,000 square foot parking garage with a rental car lobby, twelve car washes, vacuum systems, fueling stations, canopy and tanks. It has a CCTV camera security system, duress phone system and complete fire alarm system.
2007 : Aleutian Pribilof Island Association (APIA) Office Building (Anchorage, Alaska)
This project consisted of a 3-story, 39,000 square foot Class ‘A’ office building. This project included an integrated CCTV, card access, security and fire alarm systems. It has a full executive board room with a design build AV System and IFS panels were used to reduce the foot print of the switch gear and the electrical rooms allowing the customer more space for actual offices.
2007 : Salvation Army Projects – McKinnell House and Cares for Kids Crisis Center (Anchorage, Alaska)
This project consisted of a 20,720 square foot McKinnell Housing Unit with full kitchen and cafeteria areas, management offices and a 5,724 square foot Cares for Kids Crisis Center with a complete lighted parking lot area.
2007 : King Cove Replacement K-12 School (King Cove, Alaska)
This project consisted of a two-story 40,000 square foot K-12 School Building. It has the latest state of the art clock/IC/PA, security access, fire alarm, MATV, telephone/data cabling systems, kitchen, shop, gymnasium and cafeteria Areas.
2007 : Hooper Bay K-12 School (Hooper Bay, Alaska)
This project consisted of a two-story 75,000 square foot K-12 School Building. It has the latest state of the art CCTV, clock/IC/PA, security access, fire alarm, MATV and telephone/data Systems. It has a full kitchen with walk-in cooler and freezers, a complete up to date shop area, full gymnasium, cafeteria area, back-up standby generator system and a lift station.
2007 : FAA Tower Fire Alarm Upgrades (Anchorage, Alaska)
This project consisted of a complete fire alarm upgrade with the facility under full use and was performed under conditions that had zero tolerance for shutdowns or mistakes. Megawatt’s field foreman and project manager worked very closely with FAA representatives and the fire alarm contractor to insure that the primary goals of safety and reliability were met.
2006 : Alutiiq Center (Anchorage, Alaska)
This project consisted of a five-story 81,000 square foot class “A” office building with a 64,000 square foot two story parking garage adjacent to the office building. It has a Full Card Access System, CCTV, MATV, Fire Alarm and Telephone/Data systems along with two state of the art Board Rooms and back-up Generator System for the Elevators.
2005 : Various Projects on Fort Richardson Army Base (Fort Richardson, Alaska)
These projects were a few of Megawatt’s very first projects when we were starting up our business in the fall of 2004. Our complete fleet of vehicles included one service van and one pickup truck with two electricians on our payroll.
2005 : Fresenius Medical Clinic: Cook Inlet Dialysis (Anchorage, Alaska)
This is a new 1-story Medical Dialysis Clinic consisting of 20,000 square foot furred out block building. The project broke ground in September 2004 and completely enclosed and heated by February 2005. It was completed and turned over to the owner on May 30, 2005.
