UAA Engineering Building

Education / Commercial

The project consists of a new four story, 75,000 + gross square foot laboratory / classroom building and the renovation of an existing three story, 40,000 gross square foot engineering building with additional design services for a parking structure.

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium Patient Housing

Medical / Housing

202 room patient housing unit, and sky bridge to connect the housing unit to the Alaska Native Medical Center.

Dena’ina Convention & Civic Center

Public / Larger Scale

This project consists of a three-story 212,260 square foot Class “A” Convention Facility. It has a 50,000 square foot exhibit hall, 25,000 square foot ballrooms and meeting rooms with complete dimming system, huge lobby area and full scale kitchen area with walk-in coolers/freezers. It has the latest state of the art access control, CCTV, security, monitoring, surveillance, PA & AV sound, fire alarm, satellite television and telephone/data cabling systems.

Wasilla Fire Station 6-2

PUBLIC SAFETY

Construct new Fire Station to include, Fitness area, kitchen and dining, Dorm Rooms, Full apparatus and truck bays, training facility’s.

Megawatt was on site during the November 30th 2018 earthquake making this project one we will be telling our kids about!

Joe Redington High School

EDUCATION

CM/GC Design Assist JR/SR High School with Vo tech style welding / wood / engine shops, auditorium, gyms, classrooms, laboratories, and illuminated football field. Project also included a fire water tower with pump controls. Equipment included a 1 Meg generator, fire alarm, security, Stage A/V system, lighting controls, PA, smartboards, and other specialty systems.

2025 : Eyak Building (Cordova, Alaska)

Demolish roof, electrical and mechanical systems, replace existing service entrance equipment, building power and life safety systems as well as all lighting and data/fiber upgrades

2024 : NVE Dental Remodel (Cordova, Alaska)

The general scope of services is to provide all materials, equipment, and labor to renovate approximately 1,400 sq-ft of existing space to convert for use in dental services as well as the added renovation of 420 sq-ft Lab on the second floor.
